How can we keep the energy clear and bright in relationship?


Our relationships with others may challenge us at a level that’s painful.  Since each of us is unique, there are bound to be differences and disagreements between us, and sometimes they touch us to the core.  But these challenges can also bring us deep learning – if we face into them.


Relationship Clear is a way for two people to heal their relationship.  It creates an energy container for both people to feel safe – safe enough to express themselves without needing to attack or defend.  They can then speak in a way that validates and supports their own experience but doesn’t seek to defeat or make the other person wrong.

This protocol enables each person to deepen their appreciation of the other’s perspective through hearing them.  Hearing the other without resistance doesn’t necessarily mean agreeing with them, but it does allow blocked energy to flow freely again.  Freeing up the energy may or may not lead to agreement, but it will certainly mean less stress and more harmony in your life.  Even if it’s an agreement to disagree, being heard makes a big difference.


Having clear agreements helps keep the energy clear and bright – unconscious assumptions about the other person can lead to trouble.  But it’s important we come from Self-authority when we make agreements – in other words that both of us are true to the agreements we’ve made with ourselves.  And we may need to revisit agreements over the course of our relationship journey.


Relationship Clear takes place in a facilitated session of 75 to 90 minutes.  During this time there is a safe energy container for the two of you to take turns to speak and listen.  I (Carlos) will hold both of you during this process and will guide you in expressing your perspective, experience and learning.   This is an empowering and healing tool and it will go a long way to clearing the air between you.
